1. What this is

ShortsCutter is a personal video publishing tool built and operated by Danil Gryzlov ("the operator"). It cuts long-form video into short vertical clips and uploads them to social media accounts owned by the operator.

It is not a product offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no subscription, no payment, and no third-party users. These terms describe how the tool operates and the commitments it makes to the platforms it connects to.

ShortsCutter operates within the developer terms of every platform it connects to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, the Pinterest Developer Guidelines, and the VK API rules.

Where a platform's terms conflict with anything written here, the platform's terms take precedence.

4. Content ownership

All video, audio and text published through this tool is created by the operator, who retains ownership of it. The tool claims no rights over any content passing through it.

5. Availability and warranty

The tool is provided as-is, for the operator's own use. It carries no warranty and no guarantee of availability. It may stop working at any time, including when a platform changes its API.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown above.
